Dr. Sarah K Mladineo DMD grew up in Strongsville, OH. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The Ohio State University. She then journeyed south, receiving her Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the University of Florida.  Upon graduation, Dr. Mladineo returned to Ohio where she worked for a private dental practice in Chillicothe for several years before branching out on her own. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics and is Invisalign certified. She is also involved in the Mommy Dentists in Business Group and enjoys continuing her dental knowledge by being a member of the Central Ohio Dental Forum.

Ivanna Soto was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from Ohio State in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, where she also received her Expanded Function for the Dental Auxiliary at the same time. Ivanna Joined Trillium dental after graduating and provides a fresh attitude and passion for providing oral healthcare and educating patients. She loves being able to build new relationships with her patients in dentistry. Ivanna is bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English. In her free time she enjoys salsa dancing, exploring Columbus, and spending time with her family.

Jennifer Schriner, CDA has been in the field of dentistry for over 20 years. She received her Dental Assisting National Board Certification in 2016. Jennifer has been at Trillium since December 2017. She is passionate about helping others and making the patients have a stress free visit. When not at work, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband and daughter or relaxing with friends.

Regina Morris (AKA Reggy) grew up in Logan, OH.  She graduated Dental Assisting school in 2007.  When Reggy is not at the office  she likes to travel and fish with her husband Duane.  Reggy's oldest son, Kanyon, is in the Navy while the youngest, Bracken, is finishing up high school. Pittsburg Steelers are her favorite NFL team.  Reggy attended OSU for College. 

Danny Patel will greet you at the front desk of Trillium! Danny joined Trillium Dental in September of 2017 as a front office team member. Danny graduated from The Ohio State University in May of 2018 with a biology degree and plans on attending dental school next fall, and loves being able to handle many business and insurance aspects of the practice. In his spare time, Danny enjoys exploring the diverse Columbus community and cheering on the Buckeyes during football season.

Lauren Ames will also greet you at the front desk of Trillium! She joined our front desk staff in April of 2018. In hopes of someday being a dentist, the exposure to the business side of the profession has been one of her favorite parts of the job so far. She enjoys learning about the field and interacting with patients to help provide them with a positive dental experience. She is a senior at The Ohio State University. In her free time she enjoys running, exploring the Short North and spending time with her friends and family.
