Alex Conrad received his Bachelors of Science in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati in 2003. He then worked as a product designer in New York City for a number of years, specializing in footwear and bag design production. At the end of the 2000’s, he returned to his native Columbus, Ohio to attend graduate school. In 2012 he received his Master of Fine Arts from Columbus College of Art and Design as part of the inaugural class. Since then, he has continued to build his design business as well as grow his art practice. While working primarily with paint, Alex also makes drawings, collages and sculptures.
